Policies.
Please pre-register for class on our app or website to secure a spot.
As classes sell out, we do not guarantee walk-ins. You will be charge an additional fee if you have pay on any other apps. Venmo, Apple, Zelle, ETC
Waitlist
Policy.
Once a class has reached capacity, you will be put on the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you will be notified. If you don’t hear from us, unfortunately a spot did not open and you will not be charged for class. Classes will automatically be put back onto your account for later use.
Cancellation Policy.
As there is limited space, we ask if you need to cancel a reservation that you do so at least 2 hours before the class start time. In this case, your session will be credited back onto your account for you to use at another time.
If you cancel a reservation within the 2 hour late-cancellation window, that reservation will be deducted from your account.
Latecomers Policy.
Out of respect for our faculty and students, latecomers arriving 15-minutes or later will not be admitted to class. Please plan ahead for traffic and other disruptions.
Refund

All sessions are non refundable or transferable. Early cancellations will be credited to your house account to be used at another time. Late cancellations (within 2 hours of class start time) will not be returned to your account.
Memberships can be cancelled anytime. Requests must be made before your next billing cycle renews.

Safety First: Any behavior that compromises the safety, comfort, or well-being of others—such as unwanted physical contact, inappropriate comments, or actions that make others feel unsafe—will result in immediate review and potential removal from the studio.

Zero Tolerance Policy: Studio North reserves the right to deny service, membership, or access to anyone whose behavior violates this policy or impacts the safety and enjoyment of others.
